Meet Jazmine Diamond, LISW-CP
Therapist.  Advocate. Curator of Healing Spaces.

If you're here, you might be overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply tired of holding it all together alone. You deserve more than just a space to vent, you deserve intentional, compassionate support. That’s what I offer at The Healing Hub. Therapy here feels real, warm, and focused on helping you move from surviving to thriving.

🫶🏾 Why I Do This Work

My therapy journey wasn’t just professional, it was personal. I’ve always been drawn to the emotional complexity of life, especially the weight of trying to “keep it all together” when things feel like they’re falling apart. Therapy gave me space to move from simply surviving to truly living. It opened my eyes and my heart. I began to see how often mental health was pushed to the background, even when the need for support was clear. I knew then that I wanted to be part of the change.

I do this work because healing should feel real, not clinical or cold. At The Healing Hub, I hold space for people trying to stay strong while quietly unraveling those who need somewhere to land, to breathe, and to just be without judgment. This work is about showing up, seeing people fully, and walking alongside them as they heal, grow, and reclaim their peace.

💛 How I Show Up in Therapy

Therapy with me is real, honest, and rooted in who you are. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I never lose sight of the fact that you’re the expert on your own lived experience. Your voice, culture, values, and identity all matter here—and I make space for all of it. I regularly check in using Measurement-Informed Care, not just to track progress but to make sure the work we’re doing actually feels meaningful to you.

I show up with warmth, curiosity, and care—and I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when growth calls for it. At The Healing Hub, therapy isn’t about perfection or pressure; it’s about creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and move at your own pace. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, unpacking old patterns, or simply making room for your truth, I’m here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

📚 My Experience & Credentials

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work, grounded in empowerment-based practice. That means I don’t just hand out advice; I create space for you to reconnect with your own wisdom, power, and voice. My work is rooted in the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed”, they need to be supported, affirmed, and seen. Over the years, I’ve worked across outpatient clinics, schools, inpatient psychiatric units, and labor and delivery, each experience shaping how I show up as a therapist.

My time in labor and delivery especially deepened my commitment to perinatal mental health, as I witnessed so many birthing people navigating silent struggles behind smiles. While that passion remains close to my heart, my work at The Healing Hub extends beyond it. I support individuals facing anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions, offering care that is compassionate, trauma-aware, and grounded in real-life understanding. However you arrive, you’re met with warmth, intention, and a space where healing feels possible.

A Little Into Me

I’m a licensed therapist (LISW-CP) who believes healing is most powerful when there’s a genuine human connection. While my credential reflects my clinical expertise, I also want you to get a sense of who I am beyond the professional role. Here, I’m sharing a few personal insights to give you a fuller picture of the person walking alongside you in this work.

My Current Healing Practices

  • Saying “no” without explaining – protecting my peace unapologetically

  • Moving my body with love – stretching, walking, or dancing in my kitchen

  • Letting go of perfection – giving myself permission to do things messily but with heart

  • Listening to music that heals – think Jhene Aiko, Cleo Sol, or a good gospel playlist

  • Leaning into joy – prioritizing small moments that feel soft, funny, or life-giving

  • Therapy + Journaling – yes, even therapists have therapists

  • Practicing gratitude and grace – especially for the woman I’m still becoming

If this sounds like someone you’d want to partner with, let’s connect. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
