At The Healing Hub, we believe mental health care should feel transparent, supportive, and attainable. Below you’ll find information about insurance coverage, self-pay rates, and our reduced-fee option through Open Path.

Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary based on your specific plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your mental health and telehealth benefits prior to beginning services.

Self-Pay Rates
The Healing Hub LLC is a solo practice. All therapy services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Intake Session (55 minutes): $160

Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes): $160

Extended Session (90 minutes): $200

These rates apply to self-pay services for individuals who choose not to use insurance or whose plans are out of network.
Reduced-Fee Option Through Open Path
We partner with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to offer a reduced-fee option for individuals who qualify and are seeking more accessible care.

Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payment methods and policies will be reviewed during the consultation process and outlined in the informed consent. We understand that financial circumstances can change. If you have questions or concerns related to fees, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss options with care and transparency.
